The server has encountered an error

If you are getting "The server has encountered an error" while running the Analyzer for the first time (right after installation), like this:

Then it is likely that the account that you are using has no permission to access the newly installed Analyzer folder under \Program Files.

Due to Windows security that you may not have the full permission to access the Analyzer folder even if you are the local administrator. To resolve this problem please do this:

1. Go to Program Files folder, right click on the Analyzer folder, select Properties.

2. Select the Security tab the click on the Edit button.

3. Use the Add button to specifically add the account that you are currently using to the list. Click OK to accept the changes.

4. Now select the user, grant the Full Control permission to the user. Click OK to accept the change.
