If you are getting "ExportServiceNotInstalled" error while trying to export to Excel or PDF then please follow the steps below to verify if Analyzer Export Service (AES) has installed and configured correctly.
On the server where AES is installed (normally it is installed on the same server as Analyzer but it can be on any number of servers) open the Services control panel and Program and Features control panel to see if AES is installed and running.
If AES is installed and running then go back to Analyzer. Go to System Administration page > Export Services.
Click on the "+" icon on the toolbar to register AES to Analyzer.
Enter the location (IP Address, server name, etc.) of the AES.
If successful then you should see something like this.
Now try to export again to see if the problem is resolved.
